The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Centers - Pearson Hall is seeking a part-time Maintenance Worker/Driver. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and 2 years minimum experience in building maintenance. Valid driver's license with good driving record is required. General electrical, plumbing and knowledge of heating and air systems desired. Responsibilities include periodically stripping, waxing and buffing floors, maintaining cleanliness of building, transporting clients, picking up supplies, inspecting client appliances and electrical equipment and routine repairs of the facility. Must be able to multi-task,exercise good judgment and decision making.
