Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Specialist to join our ADS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk. Work hours are Mon-Fri (545 am-1145am)
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients or clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Assist with medical scheduling and managing patient records
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for administrative tasks
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk, office, clinic, or emergency room setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology, dental terminology, Eaglesoft, or similar software is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties and administrative tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
