Primary Responsibilities:
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
Experience with data analysis software preferred (Tableau, SQL, AWS Athena)
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales teams or other key stakeholders by providing investment optimization recommendations,
- Support monthly & quarterly investment QBRs
- Utilize analytics techniques to drive analysis that results in actionable insights and recommendations that optimize
- Prepare standard monthly reporting, develop & maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to monitor
- Support in ad hoc analysis, operational support, reporting, project management, and other areas as needed
- Develop models to support decision making process
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new promotions and competitive analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of trade promotion
- Establish and maintain integrated trade promotion calendar
- Lead annual coupon strategy development and planning
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).

What you can bring to Alcon:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 13 yrs; Assoc. 9 yrs; M.S. 2 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Proven Experience
