Join our team as a Lead Cloud Platform Engineer!
We're seeking someone to build and optimize our cloud platform for scalability, reliability, and efficiency. This role will be the Lead technical owner of the team and foster a world-class engineering culture.
What You'll Do :
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 cloud and platform engineers.
- Develop scalable distributed systems for complex tasks.
- Develop and enforce best practices for cloud operations, automation, security, and cost management.
- Collaborate with dev teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with cloud services.
- Monitor and optimize cloud performance, scalability, and availability.
- Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and incidents.
- Share knowledge through continual collaboration and pair-programming.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and recommend improvements.
