Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our dealership. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership, strong business acumen, and passion for achieving sales targets will be instrumental in taking our dealership to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor sales team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and implement training programs to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities, create effective marketing campaigns, and drive brand awareness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continually enhancing your knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the dealership industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
