Responsibilities:
- Be an expert in your field. Stay up to date on product offerings & possess expert knowledge of Toyota's vehicle lineup & featured technology.
- Prepare & present vehicles. Be sure to show customers the latest technology (Bluetooth, Navigation, Toyota Entune™, etc.) that is enabled & ready for demonstration.
- Stay up to date on both new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
- Build relationships. Create customers for life through excellent service.
- Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of vehicles.
- Follow up with customers. Create referral business by creating long-lasting relationships.
- Bring a positive attitude to the workplace every day.
