Alderson Loop is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Coordinator to join a project with an enterprise utility / energy organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital content across email marketing, social media, and website projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build strong digital presences and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the project management of digital content by coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, produce, and obtain approvals for web, email, and social media content.
- Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Teams to organize tasks, create content calendars, and track progress for timely execution.
- Manage social media accounts across a portfolio of projects using Sprinklr for publishing, tracking engagement, categorizing feedback, and responding to comments efficiently.
- Develop and deliver regular key performance indicator (KPI) reports that include metrics such as the number of social media posts per project and other relevant performance data.
- Write compelling and accurate copy for email marketing, social media, and website content based on existing and approved material, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Coordinate the production and execution of digital initiatives across email, social media, and websites, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Function effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
