Alderson Loop is seeking an experienced SAP MMM (Materials Management) Developer to join a project with a leading enterprise utility / energy organization. This role requires a highly technical resource who also understands SAP functionality and can collaborate effectively with functional teams. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in MMM, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), Inventory Management, Sales & Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP) while possessing strong troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with functional resources to understand and translate business requirements into technical designs and functional specification documents (FSDs & TSDs).
- Develop, enhance, and configure SAP MM solutions in S / 4HANA, ensuring seamless integration with SD, IM, PP, and 3PL systems.
- Lead requirements gathering, technical design, and testing efforts for SAP MMM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM, IM, SD, and PP issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data migration activities.
- Develop and optimize RF device and barcode scanning solutions within SAP MM.
- Design, configure, and implement custom SAP MM solutions for contracts, sourcing, and logistics execution.
- Drive integration efforts between warehouse management and business functions, including Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), Inventory Management (IM), Procure to Pay, and Finance.
- Participate in Daily Scrum meetings, manage work activities in Jira, and ensure timely project completion.
- Create and maintain technical unit testing documentation and collaborate with developers for RICEFW developments.
- Provide SAP MM training for internal teams and business users when required.
- Work on SAP S / 4HANA integration with other SAP and third-party systems.
- Monitor and optimize SAP MM system performance, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Application Managed Services to quickly resolve critical operational issues.
