Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA
Employment Status: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently recruiting for a qualified Program Support Specialist to support the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) at Fort Eisenhower, GA. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical and program support tasks, including managing records, scheduling appointments, supporting training events, and assisting with daily operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to ensure smooth and efficient program operations. This position is contingent upon contract award.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments
- Greet clients and visitors; provide general program information
- Prepare and maintain appointment logs, sign-in sheets, and rosters
- Maintain files and records in accordance with regulations
- Input data into automated systems
- Create and edit correspondence, reports, and documents
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain bulletin boards and display areas
- Update program materials such as brochures and pamphlets
- Assist in organizing and tracking training and prevention education activities
- Prepare materials for briefings, classes, and meetings
- Collect and input training attendance data
- Assist with meeting coordination and note-taking
- Support planning of special events and campaigns
- Local travel for home or hospital visits, and educational awareness classes.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 1 year of administrative or clerical support experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with data entry and recordkeeping
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent and accurate written communication
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
- Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
- Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
