Aldez Assistant Manager will assist the operation manager by providing side-by-side leadership in the supplier of manufacturing support services with Aldez Primary Duties :

• Expected to follow all safety rules and policies and work to protect themselves and other stakeholders from hazards and injuries
• Responsible for the development and implementation of goals and objectives of the department consistent with the corporate goals and objectives, which include : Providing a high level of leadership.
• Review and analyze operational data and lead process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines. Manage departments, including associated reporting.
• Ensure adherence to and promotion of acceptable Quality practices and standards within the organization.
• Develop and oversee departmental budgets, and control costs. Establish and maintain daily productivity.
• Ensure that products are delivered on time in accordance with established business plans.
• Support the training and development of all employees under the control of the position.
• Provide and maintain a safe work environment.
• Build and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to create a team environment.
• Direct development of departmental business plans.
• Provide input to strategic and tactical initiatives as indicated and requested by Executive staff.
• Comply with all air quality and discharge regulations and policies.

Education / Experience Requirements :

Salary commensurate with experience. Salary $ 55,000.00- $62,000.00
