We are seeking an Administrative HR Specialist to assist the Human Resources team in supporting managers and supervisors with HR processes, support of HR procedures, as well as manage shipping schedules, and manage weekly inbound and outbound shipments and documents.This position will report to the General Manager
Duties:
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour based on experience

We are seeking an Administrative HR Specialist to assist the Human Resources team in supporting managers and supervisors with HR processes, support of HR procedures, as well as manage shipping schedules, and manage weekly inbound and outbound shipments and documents.This position will report to the General Manager
Duties:
- Keep the HRIS/ATS system up to date with payroll changes
- Identify the company’s hiring needs and maintain the hiring schedule
- Assist with benefit administration and open enrollment
- Perform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions
- Assist in recruitment process by coordinating with HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Assist with Company sponsored events
- Assists with processing paperwork for new hires and terminations
- Track attrition and other applicable HR KPI’s
- Manage inbound and outbound weekly shipments for customers
- Customer service email and phone support.
- Manage small TM team in warehouse inbound outbound
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources support role preferred
- ADP experience preferred
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects at once in addition to managing competing/changing priorities daily
