Starting Wage: $21.50 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $22.25 | Year 3 - $23.00 | Year 4 - $23.75

Duties And Responsibilities
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Coordinates administrative requests and queries effectively from leadership.
- Organizes and schedules appointments for department and leadership as necessary.
- Develops and maintains the department filing system.
- Answers phones for department leadership, takes messages and/or fields all questions.
- Update daily onsite attendance within the campus go-bags for purposes of emergency protocol.
- Coordinates and communicates property and building management requests.
- Oversees inventory management with respects to supplies and company approved refreshments.
- Job responsibilities include possible access to HIPAA protected health information; as such, employee must comply with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and policies.
- Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality and privacy of sensitive data according to ALDI policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
- Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
- Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
