Position Type:
Full-Time
Starting Wage: $31.75 per hour
Work Location: Naperville, IL
This role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 5 days per week (with a requirement to work in-office at least 1 day per month).


Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.


  • Creates recruitment marketing pieces/platforms, their subsequent implementation materials and ongoing maintenance.
  • Organizes, maintains and suggests content topics for all career-focused digital and social platforms.
  • Serves as a point-of-contact for divisions and third party partnerships regarding recruitment marketing resources and hiring needs.
  • Understands and takes action based on assigned recruitment analytics and KPIs, such as engagements, application flow.
  • Consults with divisions and provides recommendations related to recruitment resources and external marketing efforts; develops and delivers user training.
  • Understands Employer Brand Guidelines and amends recruitment material to reflect these guidelines as needed.
  • Liaises with third party marketing agency and media/technology providers.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of best-in-class practices regarding talent attraction and the candidate experience and keeps the department up-to-date on trends.
  • Recommends improvements to leadership regarding processes, programs and platforms.
  • Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
  • Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • Previous experience in or exposure to digital recruitment marketing preferred.
  • Prior experience with recruitment software preferred.
  • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop preferred.


Physical Requirements:


  • Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
  • Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
  • Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.


Travel:


  • Domestic travel required.
  • Up to 10%.
