What You Should Know
This is a full-time position and will be required to be onsite. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This position may require occasional remote work on Saturdays for 3–4 hours between February and April.

Requirements
You’ll Get a Chance To
- Maintain office security and support access control.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Assist with employee exits.
- Liaise with property management on facility needs.
- Plan and support in-office events, including Action Day.
- Create and print fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
- Provide general support as needed, including to Denver and Utah offices.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to stay organized, adapt to change, and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with basic administrative tasks.
- 1 year of education or training, with 3–6 months of related experience.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform standard office tasks.
