Requirements
You'll Get a Chance To
- Track and document client activities and service in the appropriate software
- Manage all aspects of client relationships for smaller, less complex clients
- Provide basic level of financial and investment advice to clients
- Assist in preparation and participate in client meetings, ensuring that all follow-up actions are tracked and completed
- Manage relationships for smaller, less complex clients, providing basic financial and investment advice within the Aldrich Wealth framework
- Document client activities and servicing in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Network with current referral professionals and build your own professional network to expand referral resources
- Provide administrative support to advisors, including scheduling, CRM data entry, and client follow-up
- Communicate directly with clients in a professional manner, handling complex information like 401(k) plans in plain language suitable for different audiences such as CFOs and CEOs

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the full-time position is $75,000 - 85,000 per year.

What You Should Know
This is a full-time position. Our standard office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. This is a hybrid position where you must be in the office at least 4 days per week.
