What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Data Specialist position at Alektronics, Inc.?
We are hiring a Administrative Data Specialist who will assist the Sales team. This person must be energetic, organized, be able to prioritize as well as work independently. This is a full-time position Monday – Friday.
Essential duties of the job include, but are not limited to:
- Establishes, pulls, maintains, and updates files, databases, records and/or other documents for the sales and manufacturing department.
- Prints and orders drawings.
- Provides administrate/secretarial support for the companies, such as answering telephones and assisting visitors.
- Operates personal computer to compose and edit correspondence. May prepare, type edit, and distribute info as requested.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills, data entry skills and basic computer skills required.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
