Responsibilities:- Prepare policy documents, including Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property, ID Cards, Insurance Binders, and Cancellation Request Forms, as directed by the Account Manager.
- Assist with processing renewals, endorsements, and audits by checking policy documents, updating the management system, and invoicing direct bill policies and changes.
- Follow the Account Manager's guidance in servicing their book of business.
- Support the preparation of insurance summaries, proposals, and GPS reports.
- Use insurance carrier websites and rating systems as required.
- Utilize agency automation workflows for efficient task management.
- Provide clerical support to ensure smooth operations.
- Associate degree in related Field, or combination of education and experience
- Must obtain PA Property & Casualty License within one year of hire
- Technical capabilities (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
