Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Producers and staff to onboard new clients and manage renewal processes, ensuring adherence to established workflows and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client files, including policy details, activities, attachments, and correspondence, using agency management systems.
- Partner with Producers and internal teams to implement tailored service strategies for each client, ensuring needs are met effectively.
- Assist with RFP processes by analyzing carrier proposals, creating comparative summaries, and providing clients with clear recommendations to support decision-making on insurance programs.
- Prepare and deliver Open Enrollment and New Hire presentations to educate clients and their employees on available benefits.
- Stay informed about carrier plans, industry trends, and legislative updates to provide accurate and current guidance to clients.
- Provide professional, timely responses to client inquiries across multiple communication channels, while offering exceptional support for claims, billing, enrollment, and benefit-related issues.
- State Life and Health Licensed or obtained within 90 days of employment
- Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SalesForce and HRIS systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and exceptional communicator
