Responsibilities
- Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments through marketing efforts
- Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects
- Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
- Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of programs (approximately 1-2 weekly)
- Accurate entry of data into CRM (Salesforce) system from prospecting & and marketing efforts
- Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects for appointments
- Previous experience in appointment scheduling or inside sales
- Financial industry knowledge and experience with MS Office/Salesforce preferred
- 4-year college degree and ability to work evenings for events

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.
