Client Relationship Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Brunetti, a leading retirement and investment firm with offices in Connecticut and Massachusetts. This position is based in our Needham, MA office.
This role requires a driven individual who can grow a sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and follow-through skills, as well as strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling:
- Filling the Financial Advisors' schedules with qualified appointments through marketing efforts
- Calling, qualifying, and scheduling prospects
- Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
- Attending seminars and workshops, booking appointments at the conclusion of programs
Data Management:
- Accurate entry of data into CRM (Salesforce) system from prospecting and marketing efforts
Professional Development:
- Working independently and proactively to meet business and department goals
Requirements:
• 4 Year college degree
• Ability to work some evenings for events
• Telephone or inside sales experience a plus
• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
• Financial Industry knowledge/experience a plus
