Kaplansky Insurance, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager
- Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in agency management software (Applied Epic)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
