Responsibilities
- Foster leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring service standards and performance expectations are met.
- Manage hiring, training, time-off approvals, and expense reports for staff.
- Lead client interactions, coverage consultations, and renewal processes, including negotiations with carriers.
- Develop and maintain service timelines, client stewardship reports, and meeting coordination.
- Advise clients on coverage, risk exposures, policy gaps, and claims resolution.
- Monitor financials, receivables, and market new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in senior commercial account management (typically 10 years total insurance experience).
- State P&C license; multiple insurance designations preferred.
- Subject matter expert in one or more industries (e.g., construction, senior living, transportation).
- Expertise in risk management accounts and non-standard insurance techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of carriers and industry-standard coverage forms.
- Strong skills in time management, project management, and delegation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Salary range is $110K to 120K per year.
