Responsibilities
- Maintain details of all employment agreements which contain production-based payments
- Calculate monthly commission expenses and allocation of monthly commission expenses
- Track and report on unvalidated producers
- Calculate monthly expenses for unvalidated producers
- Produce and distribute True Up reports for commission payments
- Create and submit payroll details for commission payments
- Monitor True Up communications: triaging, responding, instigating corrective actions
- Work with producers, operations, Commissions Analyst, and Accounting to make production corrections or AR adjustments
- Work with producers, carrier management, Commissions Analyst, and Accounting to investigate and correct carrier revenue variances

Salary range is $90K to 100K per year.
