Overview :
AGM Benefit Solutions is looking for an EDI Analyst. This position will collect and analyze incoming data, and distribute outgoing to the appropriate parties. We are seeking a focused individual, organized and able to juggle multiple competing priorities while interacting with internal and external parties. Employee benefit and / or Selerix software experience are a HUGE plus.

This team is based out of Dallas, TX, but functions remote. We are open to hiring outside of Dallas for the right candidate!
Responsibilities :
- Compile client census data, reconcile and upload
- Plan and implement all needed data feeds, billing reports, client requested reports
- Coordinate and complete incoming and outgoing payroll integrations
- Troubleshoot any issues with existing data feeds, including with internal team members
- Effectively communicate technical strategies and any issues and problems to non-technical clients
- Balance competing priorities on multiple projects
- Write scripts and provide technical support for case building team
- As needed reports
- Identify areas for process improvements and / or correct deficiencies in the current process
- Must work well independently and consistently meet deadlines
