The Insurance Center, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Support Specialist for Individual Benefits. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:- Process applications within established timeframes, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Follow up with clients and agents on missing or incomplete information.
- Enter and manage client information using the AgencyBloc platform.
- Handle customer service calls, claims assistance, and client education/enrollment activities.
- Participate in mail/phone rotation and maintain a supply of applications and brochures.
- Attend meetings, training events, and complete assigned projects as needed.
- Support organizational operations with timely and efficient administrative tasks.
- Associate’s degree with 2 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience preferred.
- Insurance agency and sales support experience, including knowledge of insurance forms, terminology, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, AgencyBloc, and internet navigation.
- WI Life, Health & Accident insurance license, carrier-specific certifications, and Marketplace certification required.
