Account Executive Large Group

We are passionate about our clients’ success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.  

• Identify and develop new business leads to grow the customer base and generate additional revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers to expand employee benefit options.
• Develop and present tailored benefit plan solutions, incorporating the right carrier mix and emerging products.
• Meet annual sales goals and collaborate with client teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct Open Enrollment meetings to educate employees on benefit plan details.
• Negotiate competitive carrier contracts to maximize contingency bonuses and override income.
• Uphold ethical standards, protect confidential information, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2 years of professional experience.
• Life, Health, and Accident License required.
• Strong customer focus, building long-term relationships based on trust and service excellence.
• Technical expertise and knowledge necessary to perform job responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and work in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

Salary range is $125K to $150K per year.
