RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Advisors in onboarding new clients and managing renewals by adhering to established workflows, timelines, and best practices to ensure efficient and accurate execution.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client files within agency management systems, documenting all policy details, activities, communications, and attachments for clear audit trails and team visibility.
- Collaborate with Advisors and internal departments to implement customized service strategies aligned with each client's needs and business objectives.
- Assist in the RFP process by gathering proposals, conducting side-by-side comparisons of carrier programs, and preparing summaries to aid client decision-making.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of Open Enrollment and New Hire presentations that clearly communicate benefits offerings and key changes.
- Stay informed on vendor/carrier products, industry trends, and legislative updates to proactively support clients and enhance service delivery.
- Provide responsive, professional support to internal and external clients across various service areas (claims, billing, enrollment, benefit inquiries), while fostering strong working relationships with team members and carrier partners.
- Knowledge of medical, dental, vision and ancillary benefits is required
- Microsoft Office experience required (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- HRIS system familiarity a plus
- Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a sense of urgency, be a problem solver and team player, be organized and able to multi-task and be an excellent communicator.
