Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Medicare sales professionals, setting clear goals for enrollment, retention, and overall performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging CRM and data analytics to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and drive customer acquisition.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including policy retention, customer satisfaction, and team productivity, to ensure consistent growth.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and professional development, ensuring the team stays informed on best practices, compliance, and Medicare regulations.
- Provide hands-on support for escalated customer issues, offering resolution strategies and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture, optimizing CRM usage and refining engagement strategies for increased efficiency.
- Represent the organization at industry events, manage budgeting and forecasting for the sales team, and stay current on Medicare policies and market trends.
- Recruit, train, and manage the Medicare sales team while overseeing daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions to enhance team effectiveness and maintain compliance with HR policies.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the Medicare or health insurance sector.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a proven track record of driving sales success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Medicare compliance regulations and sales best practices.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides, Calendar) and virtual presentation tools.

Salary range is $73K to 1$10K per year.
