RESPONSIBILITIES
This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures.
- Execute projects set forth by management.
- Conduct regular audits of operational processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, AMS360).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of insurance industry-specific terminology a plus.
This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.
