In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Wellness to ensure the highest standards of care and wellness for our residents. Key responsibilities include :
Conducting weekly wound and skin rounds.
Overseeing nursing staff communication, training, and compliance.
Coordinating comprehensive wellness planning for residents.
Serving as a key team member in nursing service planning and staff recruitment.
Providing infection control and regulatory oversight.
Flexibility to adjust to unexpected care needs, ensuring seamless resident support. What You Bring
Current RN License : Active New York State RN license.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in long-term care, with 2 years of management experience (preferred).
Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
