What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Aleron?
Here's what you'd do:
- The ideal Human Resources candidate will be able to demonstrate clearly their ability to provide strategic & technical Human Resource leadership in a large manufacturing environment.
- The Human Resources Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the administrative functions of the plant Human Resources department.
- They oversee the recruiting, interviews, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
- Act as a key consultant and advisor to management on Human Resource issues by identifying problem areas, proposing solutions to correct any issues, and executing those solutions in a timely manner.
- The ideal candidate should be an excellent presenter who can capture an audience's attention, maintain their engagement, and deliver the message in a positive and effective manner.
- The Human Resources Manager will be conducting training sessions for new employees as well as presenting a wide variety of information to management on all levels.
- Ensure all members of management apply all policies and regulations in a consistent manner by performing periodic audits of employee related actions.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources Management in a manufacturing environment.
