Here's what you'd do :
- As an industrial maintenance reliability tech reporting directly to the Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, specifically proactive tasks, necessary to provide high-quality, efficient, and timely shipment of the client's products.
- Safety, quality, productivity, and a good work ethic are essential to the client's culture.
- Adheres strictly to safety protocols, leading by example and mitigating risks.
- Executes preventive and predictive maintenance tasks accurately and promptly.
- Troubleshoots fundamental electrical issues, in addition to mechanical problems.
- Collaborates effectively with operations to address equipment anomalies.
- Engages in proactive maintenance initiatives like FMEA and RCCA.
- Utilizes internal CMMS to keep detailed work records for future reference and analysis.
- Upholds high standards of housekeeping in personal work areas.
- Installing and maintaining auxiliary equipment as required by production.
- Maintaining and repairing utility and facility-related equipment as directed by the Plant Engineer.
- Assisted / trainedother maintenance personnel with repairs, PMs, and rebuilds.
- Collaborating closely with other departments and teamsfor proactive problem resolutions.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Manage small projects to maintain or upgrade equipment.
- Performing all duties in support of the client's quality and safety policies.
Here's what you'll get :
Pay : $38.98 / hr.
Hours : 40 hours / week (3rd Shift).
Length : Direct Placement.
