Description
We are seeking an innovative engineer for WiFi products test software development (develop debug tools and GUI, develop device and equipment drivers for debug and test, and develop test automation). The right candidate should be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills, with curiosity and strive to adapt and succeed in a fast-changing development environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead test engineering deliverables for new products.
- Define test strategy and ensure test coverage, test quality, and test cost are met for new products.
- Lead the test engineers for test hardware and software development of new products.
- Ensure the test solution meets test time and yield goals for new products and achieves best in class test cost (COT) towards overall product cost.
- Collaborate with design and DFT teams to define test plans and optimize test coverage for RF and baseband functions.
- Develop calibration and performance testing algorithms for RF parameters such as power, EVM, noise figure, and phase noise.
- Design for manufacturability and cost to ensure smooth transition to manufacturing.
- Develop and document test plans for new products. Design and debug test SW & HW, coordinate ATE test related activities with both internal and external groups.
- Develop and troubleshoot RF hardware, including load boards and probe cards, and optimize for signal integrity and performance.
- Ensure production readiness of ATE systems, including test plan documentation, training, and ongoing support for manufacturing sites.

Familiarity with production processes, including wafer sort and final test operations.
