Schedule: 2pm-10:30pm M-F
Salary: $75K-$100k plus bonus
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will primarily be responsible for supervising the maintenance team and coordinating repair and maintenance schedules. An ideal candidate would be mechanically savvy, enjoy solving problems and have excellent communication skills. The position primarily focuses on maintaining the machines on the manufacturing floor with some possible facilities/HVAC work.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage repairs and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including logic controllers and voltmeters.
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment status.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience troubleshooting machinery in an industrial setting.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a leadership role (senior or lead technician, or supervisor)
