What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at Aleron?
Here's what you'd do:
- This is an entry-level role that will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.
- A Production Support Operator is responsible for ensuring the production team has all the materials, supplies, tools, and resources needed to complete packaging orders.
- This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
- The position needs the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats and safety shoes.
- Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect and package the finished product.
- Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
- Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
- Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
- Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies: FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.
- Follow all area safety rules and procedures.
