***Openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift!
- 1st Shift: M-F 7am-3:15pm
- 2nd Shift: M-F 3-11:15pm (15% shift differential!)
- 3rd Shift: M-F 11pm-7:15am (22.5% shift differential!)
**Job Summary:**
Tegra Medical is looking for Production Operators to join our team across all three shifts in manufacturing intricate medical devices like surgical instruments, spine implants, needles, and sharp components. As a Production Operator, you will work in a clean, air-conditioned facility and operate various machines to perform tasks such as grinding, sanding, polishing, and assembling.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in manual dexterity for handling small parts
- Effective communication skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate multi-axis CNC lathes, milling machines, laser cutting machines, wire electrical discharge machines, and other equipment
- Execute tasks including grinding, sanding, polishing, filing, inspecting, packaging, and assembling
- Interpret and apply information from blueprints, drawings, specifications, and quality plans
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all production processes
**Additional Skills (Preferred):**
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machine shop environments demonstrating mechanical aptitude
