What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at The Alpha Group?
Currently seeking a Production Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Bridgewater, MA.
Responsibilities of Production Operator:
-Set-up and operate manufacturing machines including thermoforming machine, roller press, milling, bailing machines
-Identify maintenance repairs and safety issue and write work orders
-Assist in machine shop set up to engineered specs
-Perform lockout-tagouts
-Follow all work safety rules and regulations
-Complete assembly tasks
-Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements of Production Operator:
-Previous machine operation experience required
-comfortable lifting up to 100lbs at times
-Mechanically inclined
-Self-starter
-Team oriented
-Superior attention to detail
-Strong problem solving skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday and 6:30am-2:00pm Fridays
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
