Job Summary
We are seeking Production Workers to join our team located in Tolleson, AZ
Full-time, direct hire with great benefits
Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, compressed schedule)Shift options:
5:45am-5:45pm Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday
5:45am-5:45pm Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday
5:45pm-5:45am Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday
5:45pm-5:45am Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment.
- Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
