Tier 2 agents will support internal employees with the following:Support modems and wireless connectivity, Windows profiles, Active Directory, Device manager, joining devices to the domain, printer problems, debugging Blue Screens, reloading drivers and extensive experience in hardware and software troubleshooting. - Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 2 years of Tier 2 customer support experience
