Description
Surveillance Monitoring Agent:
Monitoring surveillance CCTV video alarms and provide customer service with civility, confidentiality, and professionalism, meanwhile ensuring security and safety of our customers with once all resolution, utilizing various software to transmit information and compile reports. Communicating with law enforcement personnel and local security guards to protect the customer’s property.
***WEEKENDS & HOLIDAY REQUIRED**
Desired Skills of a Surveillance Monitoring Agent:
- Able to process and review video alarms quickly and accurately
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with security, Law enforcement, customers and other departments
- Able to handle fast paced environment while providing a high level of attention to detail
- Able to understand execute specific site instructions
- Handle each alarm with professionalism, demonstrating good judgment and decision- making skills
- Provide accurate documentation of all actions taken in reaction to alarm signal
Qualifications
Requirements of a Surveillance Monitoring Agent:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in surveillance, CCTV, or security role that required you be aware of your surroundings and pay a great attention to detail.
- Ability to sit while using computer, reviewing CCTV surveillance footage and phone equipment for extended periods of time.
- Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Must pay attention to detail
- Capability to work well under moderate stressful situations
- Proficiency to work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Pre-employment testing is required
- Must pass background and drug screen process
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
