Location and Summary
Location: Bakersfield, CA | Full-Time | $68,000-$79,000 Salary (Based on Experience)
We're looking for a Project Supervisor & Team Lead to join our restoration team and take charge of Water, Mold, Hazardous Material, and Board-Up projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is driven by results. You'll work directly with clients, technicians, and insurance partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably.
How You'll Spend Your Time:
- 15% Office Work - Reviewing files, communicating with Claims Loss, auditing documentation
- 20% Post-Set Quality Control - Checking drying systems, site cleanliness, and technician compliance
- 25% On-site & Phone Meetings - Meeting with clients, adjusters, and subcontractors
- 45% On-site with Technicians - Leading by example, troubleshooting, and training in the field
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned Water/Mold/Hazmat/Board-Up projects
- Schedule and coordinate timelines and profit targets
- Handle client meetings and scope expansions (self-pay)
- Work with Claims Loss for insurance pre-approvals
- Supervise and develop technician teams
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Audit documentation and perform moisture mapping
- Conduct inspections and sell ALERT services
- Oversee high-priority losses
- Ensure safety and compliance
- Participate in weekly and holiday on-call rotations (required)
