What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Operations Control Center Specialist position at Alesig Consulting LLC?
The Bus Operations Control Specialist is the primary person for providing onsite support at the Bus Operations Control Center for the Connector Bus system including information regarding bus routes, schedule times, bus tracker and trip planning.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking bus travel information (such as delays, traffic reroutes, accidents, etc.) and inputting them into the necessary applications for distribution
- Responsible for taking customer calls requesting assistance
- Obtains adequate facts using good judgment in finding answers and solutions to the customer's inquiry, question or concern
- Performs other operational duties as needed while keeping the Manager informed on a regular basis
- All other duties as assigned

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call-center environment
