What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Alesig Consulting LLC?
The Dispatcher works to direct day-to-day route operations in compliance with the procedures as defined by the client and Company. This position must also organize and conduct activities to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts daily with drivers and clients
- Tracks client calls and communicates issues with drivers and manager(s) as appropriate
- Tracks and reports sign-in/sign-out times, assures routes are timely
- Monitors daily system performance, radio, telephones and on-road provision of service for quality
- Analyzes and reviews operating performance
- Assign trips to drivers to assure adequate disbursement of trips between all assigned routes
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of dispatcher experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Experience with Trapeze software
