Position Summary :
We are seeking an independent, obsessively detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to design and build our sales team processes. This individual will introduce systems to a revenue team on a greenfields site and bring longed for discipline, data and processes to the team. They will also play a key role in driving efficiency, providing insights, and supporting the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities :
- Revenue Processes : Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and improve processes and workflows.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Develop and maintain revenue performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Revenue Forecasting : Work closely with leadership to create accurate forecasts.
- Revenue Technology : Oversee the implementation and administration of technology tools, including CRM systems. Provide training and support to the revenue team on the effective use of tools.
- Training and Onboarding : Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver training programs. Onboard new team members, ensuring integration into processes and tools.
- Compensation : Work with finance to design and administer revenue incentive programs.
- Process Documentation and Compliance : Document processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.

The salary range for this position is $113,050 to $173,250 per year, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to cash compensation, this role is eligible for a stock option grant.
