As a Success Team Manager, the key responsibilities you’ll engage in daily are:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
MAKE IT WORK
- Hire, coach, motivate, and advise the team of Success Managers.
- Train and develop Success Managers in the skills needed to be successful.
- Ensure Success Managers manage and develop effective campaigns to meet and exceed Client goals & expectations.
- Partner with Fulfillment Team leadership to ensure all Client campaigns are managed and delivered successfully.
- Achieve company objectives through effective goal setting, analyzing key performance data, and making revenue forecasts.
- Track & manage Success Manager client portfolios through Aletheia Digital CRM software, including:
- Current and future revenue projections.
- Consistent and effective client communication.
- On-time campaign creation and fulfillment, including website development and migrations.
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
- Develop and manage expectations for Success Managers.
- Daily “checklists” to deliver successful results.
- Identify and measure key performance metrics that result in success for Success Team.
- Weekly One on Ones with Success Managers.
- Forecasting
- Client Needs / Issues
- Coaching and Skill Development
- Manage the customer experience and client satisfaction with Aletheia Digital.
AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIP
- Cultivate and nurture personal relationships with Success Managers.
- Cultivate and nurture personal relationships with Aletheia Digital clients.
- Ensure Success Managers identify, capture, and activate key personal information in Aletheia Digital CRM software.
- Delivery of personal touchpoints “Beyond the Campaign”.
- Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays, etc.
As a Success Team Manager, the desired or required experience we are looking for are:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a marketing communication or digital advertising-related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service/sales management experience in media or marketing fields preferred.
- Exceptional people skills with a positive and cheerful disposition.
- Must be highly resourceful and efficiently make sound recommendations based on research and aggregated data.
- Must be a self-starter who sets priorities, approaches new tasks with positivity and strives to execute with high self-confidence, accountability, poise, maturity, and interpersonal skills.
- Must manage the demands of completing multiple tasks under a deadline.
- Must be a team player passionate about their contribution towards delivering great work.
