Job Description: We’re seeking a Revenue Cycle Director to join our team at our Corporate Office in Watkinsville, GA. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong leadership skills, analytical and problem solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue cycle trends and implement solutions for staff and hospitals.
- Oversee revenue cycle functions, including billing, coding, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with billing and collection regulations.
- Conduct revenue cycle impact studies for business development.
- Provide performance analysis and improvement strategies.
- Prepare financial and statistical reports as requested by management.
- Work to resolve patient account problems and disputes.
- Responsible for direct supervision of the Revenue Cycle department.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field with two (2) years of revenue cycle experience with coding certification, supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience managing resources across multiple clinic specialties and in hospitals.
- Knowledge of ambulatory care environments and process integration.
- Preferred certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CCS, or CHDA.
