Admissions Specialist

The Admissions Specialist will navigate potential clients through the admission approval process and ensure appropriate documentation of the admission process is managed in a consistent manner. The Admissions Specialist will monitor all electronic pathways utilized by individuals seeking information on agency programs to include chat, webforms, and emails. This is the perfect position for an individual who has a sound understanding of substance abuse and levels of care with the desire to collaborate with Coordinators and Managers to ensure facility goals and occupancy rates are met. The office is located in Jefferson County.

A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

CRSS certification is a plus

Have a sound understanding of substance abuse and levels of care based on individual’s needs.

Have a working understanding of in-network providers and criteria for each level of care.

Demonstrates ability to clearly and succinctly communicate verbally and in writing, with effective and dynamic presentation skills.

Successfully complete comprehensive background check.
