Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounting/Payroll Clerk to manage our weekly payroll processing. undestand QuickBooks, and be proficient in data entry and record-keeping. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
- Gather and verify employee time records from timekeeping software.
- Process weekly payroll in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy of hours, overtime, meal reimbursements, and other compensations.
- Calculate and process ¾ time.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports and pay stubs.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish
