Inside Real Estate is looking for a jack-of-all-trades marketer. Someone who has had some experience in marketing but wants to gain a deeper understanding of demand generation. As part of our Demand Gen team, the Demand Generation Marketing Associate will help in a variety of ways and get exposure to all areas of inbound and outbound marketing. You will be responsible for helping to gather key business requirements and then assist Marketing members in mapping and executing those requirements in the automation platform and other supporting marketing and sales technologies. A genuine interest in learning and desire to meet metric driven goals is needed. Additionally, exposure to creating and executing marketing email campaigns, familiarity with Salesforce reporting, and supporting a Sales team with marketing materials is a plus. This position will report to our Director of Demand Generation

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, calls, social media, events, webinars, paid media).
  • Plan and execute webinars, including calendar coordination, promotion, registration management, and post-webinar follow-up.
  • Be motivated to hit monthly KPIs to ensure lead quantity
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Coordinate elements and feedback from multiple teams/leaders to execute on deliverables for marketing campaigns and projects
  • Provide general support to the demand generation team with project management and other tasks.
  • Be comfortable taking the initiative on new campaigns and/or other ideas to support Sales
  • Feel confident in delivering and presenting reporting to show the full story of marketing sourced initiatives, Sales sourced initiatives, and how they affect the bottom line of bookings both one on one and in a team setting
  • Be comfortable meeting with Sales Executives and Sales Leaders to present info on marketing initiatives, and gather feedback on how to best support Sales
  • Develop an understanding of Sales tech stack that coincide with marketing efforts
  • Develop an understanding of Sales playbook and proper follow-up accountability

Requirements:

  • 2 years of previous experience in a marketing related role
  • Experience working with an automation platform (i.e. Pardot, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Eloqua), specifically with Email Proofing, Email Reporting
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience of setting up cadences for Sales follow-up (i.e. through tools like SalesLoft, Outreach, ringDNA)
  • Experience cold-calling in Sales role a plus
  • Independent problem solver who proactively seeks out innovative ways to support Outbound Sales
  • Works well with various stakeholders (including marketers, sales operations, sales leaders, etc) to communicate effectively and support as needed
  • Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy despite deadline pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines using strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to excel both independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
