RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work alongside a sales team to make outbound calls and hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales / activity goals.
- Participate in community marketing events, which may be during some evenings and weekends.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide a high level of customer care and service.
